This User Agreement regulates the rules and regulations for the use of the Internet resource  monika.ua . (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

 

Basic Provisions

The procedure for using the available resources and services of the Site is regulated in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Using the resources of the Site, the User accepts the terms of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).

The site administration has the right to independently and at any time change the terms of the Agreement. All edits and changes come into force from the moment the updated Agreement is published on the Site. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he must refuse the services of the Site and not use its resources and services.

 

User's rights and obligations

The user is obliged not to violate by his actions the legislation of Ukraine, as well as the norms of international law. In particular, infringement of copyright or other types of intellectual property is unacceptable. In addition, the User should not take actions that may interfere with the operation of the Site as a whole or its individual services.

The use of any materials of the Site by the User is possible only in the case of a preliminary conclusion of an agreement with the copyright holders. The use of materials without the consent of the copyright holders is strictly prohibited. Use of the site is possible only for personal non-commercial use, provided that all copyright information and other information about intellectual property rights contained in the original materials and any copies thereof are preserved. It is forbidden to make changes to the materials on the Site, as well as distribute or demonstrate them in any form or use them in any other way for public or commercial purposes. Any use of the materials of the Site on other sites or in computer networks is prohibited.If the User cites fragments of text from the Site on third-party resources, a link to the source is required.

The site does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of information about the goods and services provided on this Site. The Site at any time without notice may make changes to the materials and services provided on this Site, as well as to the products and prices mentioned therein. In the event of the loss of relevance of materials and services, the Site does not undertake to update them. The Site is not responsible for any damage (including but not limited to damage from loss of profits, consequential damages) arising from the use, inability to use or the results of using this Site. The User fully agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible for negative circumstances (losses, losses, etc.) that have occurred or could have happened to the User, and which are in any way related to the materials of the Site.Also, the Administration is not responsible for the activities of external network resources, links to which can be posted on the Site.

 

Use of personal data

The use of the User's personal information by the Site is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine. The User's personal information is not provided to other persons and organizations, but they are saved and used to sell goods from the Site catalog.

The User agrees that the Site is not responsible for the consequences of the User's visit to third-party web resources, even if a link to such resources was posted on the Site.

The user agrees with the advertising support of the services and resources of the Site. The Administration is not responsible for the consequences of the User's communication with advertisers, regardless of the specific circumstances. The user agrees to receive advertising materials about promotions and sales, marketing programs, etc. passing on the Site by means of communication, such as: e-mail, mobile communications, including those indicated by the User on the site. In case of unwillingness to receive the newsletter, the User can contact the Site by writing a statement of refusal to receive advertising materials and sending it to the address of the Site specified in the "Feedback" section.

 

Other provisions

All information about the products presented on the Site, names, prices, as well as the rest of the text, photo and video is for informational purposes only. The site does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the materials provided. The Site Administration without notice can make changes to the materials, goods and prices provided on the Site. If the information on the site is out of date, the Site does not undertake to update it.

The solution of any disputes that have arisen that are related to this Agreement is governed by the current legislative norms of Ukraine.

The agreement does not contain anything that could be regarded as an agreement on any kind of cooperation between the Site Administration and the User.

The temporary lack of reaction of the Site Administration to violation of the Agreement on the part of the User does not mean a waiver of the right to defend its own interests by the Administration subsequently.

The user is familiar with and agrees with each provision of this Agreement. Otherwise, the user is obliged to refuse to use the resources of the Site and immediately leave the Site.
